ZAMI NOBLA (National Organization of Black Lesbians on Aging) is 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt. Deeply rooted in Atlanta, Georgia with a national reach, we are committed to building a base of power for Black Lesbians over the age of 40. We have a state chapter in North Carolina. We promote conscious aging and challenge ageism. We fight actively against all oppressions including homophobia, racism, sexism, ableism, classism, and transphobia. We use education, advocacy, the arts, social networking, community programming, and community-based research as connecting points. To apply for membership, fill out the form below.
